FBV-3000S nut powder stick sachet packaging machine including functions main packing machine, film stacker, powder hopper, powder screw filler, date printer, bag former, cutting device, vertical and horizontal sealing device, machines are controlled by PLC system. Vertical powder stick bag packing machine uses a clamp-and-pull horizontal sealing method, controlled by a servo motor. Parameters are set via a touchscreen to control the horizontal sealing and adjust the sachet length. VFFS stick sachet package machine can be customized with cutting devices according to customer requirements, such as: flat cutting, rounded corner cutting, zigzag cutting, shaped cutting, etc.
Vertical stick sachet package machine is suitable for packing powdered products in industries such as: pharmaceuticals, health products, and food. For example: nuts powder, soybeans powder, protein powder, milk tea powder, rice powder, etc.
