Instructions of machine:

  FBV-300S fruit flavored powder stick bag package machine including functions main packaging machine, hopper, powder screw filler, film stacking device, bag forming device, date printer, control panel, sealing and cutting device, machines are controlled by PLC system.

  During the packaging process, a servo motor controls the horizontal sealing and film stretching. Packing material is formed into a cylindrical shape by a forming device, and then the sides(back) are sealed by a vertical sealing heating device. At the same time, material is injected into the bag, and a horizontal seal is performed (stick sachet length is adjustable). Finally, precise positioning is performed before bag cutting. (multi linking sachet/stick sachet with zigzag)
