Reject device detects the bag status through an electric eye detect and rejects any overlapping products. It automatically detects during the conveying process and rejects unqualified products through air blowing.
Counting Machine: Choose the appropriate counting method based on your packaging requirements, ensuring accurate counting and simple operation. The counting machine can increase or decrease the number of bags, facilitating packing. You can choose to manually carton or bag, or connect a caetoner and bagger.

Brush Rejector: Overlapping or misaligned products are removed or adjusted to ensure consistent product delivery. Brush rejection is controlled by a servo motor, and the appropriate brush pattern can be selected based on demand.
Roller Conveyor: The soring machine conveys products via rollers, precisely controlling the conveying speed and ensuring orderly output. Roller conveying avoids the phenomenon of stacking errors caused by too fast speed or low work efficiency caused by too slow speed.
Customized Rejector: Rejector is used to remove stacked or unqualified products to facilitate subsequent transportation and packing. The appropriate rejection method can be selected according to the characteristics of the product, such as an blowing device.
