Case introduction:
In April 2025, two VFFS powder packaging machines were exported to Azerbaijan for packaging coffee powder. The appropriate bag type was customized according to the customer's requirements, and a rounded corner device and an easy-tear device were added during the packaging process. The strip bags with rounded corners were made, with neat cuts, beautiful appearance, and easy to tear and use.
Instructions of machine:
The fully automatic bag-making process of the vertical powder packing machine consists of metering, feeding, film drawing, date printing, bag making, vertical sealing, horizontal sealing, cutting, etc. The whole process can be controlled by a touch screen, which is flexible to operate and precise to ensure bag making accuracy.
Film input device: It can be used to install the roll film material for bag making, and its structure is simple. The film drawing and bag making process are smooth during the packaging process, which can improve the bag making efficiency of the packaging machine.
Touch screen: It has two languages, Chinese and English, and you can switch the language at will according to your needs. The display is clear and it is convenient to view the packaging parameters.
Vertical sealing device: It adopts an independent temperature control device to accurately control the sealing temperature. The film can be pulled from both sides to the middle, which is convenient for bag making and sealing.
Shape cutting device: It is used for the final bag cutting output, and you can also choose the appropriate cutter according to the customer's requirements. For example: flat cutter, toothed cutter, or customizable cutters of different shapes.
