FBV-300D VFFS sachet packing machine consists of main packing machine, film stacker, liquid and paste pump, materials hopper, date printer, touch screen, vertical sealing, horizontal sealing, shaped cutting device, machines are controlled PLC system.
The left and right sides can be used to pack products of different weights and sizes at the same time, and the other side will not be affected when one side is not used.
1. Double-line vertical packing machine: form fill seal, filling, shape cut, automatically counting, alarm, shape of sachets are customized;
2. Filler: piston filler for dosing, filling, filling range is flexible, and accurate measurement;
3. Buffer tank: mmixing, stirring, heating, balancing pressure intank;
4. Other functions are optional：liquid/paste pump, date printing, finished outpput conveyor, easy tear, other packaging functions.
Film Stacker: Used to install film roll materials of different materials, widths and thicknesses. The overall structure is simple and convenient for film drawing and bag making.
Date Printer: Through the sensor positioning system, accurate positioning and printing. Printed numbers can be flexibly adjusted to ensure clear printing content.
Sealing Device: Control the sealing temperature through an independent temperature control device. Avoid the problem of melting the sealing part due to excessive temperature, or the sealing is not tight due to too low temperature.
Control Panel: It uses Chinese and English languages and can be changed at will according to needs. It can display and adjust packing parameters, and the operation is simple and flexible.
Double-line sachet packaging machine can select the appropriate metering device according to the characteristics of the material to ensure accurate metering. VFFS double-line packing machine can be widely used in the packaging liquid and paste product, such as jelly, honey, chili oil, soy sauce, enzyme beverage, vinegar, shower gel, etc.
Vertical double-line packing machine can produce different sachets, such as pillow sachets, stick sachets, 3/4-side seal sachets, irregular shape sachets, etc. If special-shaped sachets are produced, the film mold can be customized according to customer requirements.
