Vertical packing machine is made of stainless steel, with a simple structure, durable materials and easy cleaning. The parts in contact with the packaging materials are made of food-grade stainless steel to ensure the hygiene and safety of the products.
Measuring and feeding devices can be installed according to customer needs, such as: powder auger filler device, liquid/paste pump, multi-head weight device, volumetric cup device, etc. It is also possible to install two identical or different metering devices at the same time for mixed feeding and packaging, or the same feeding device to improve efficiency and ensure accurate measurement.
This powder and granular packing machine including main packaging machine, film input, powder auger filler device, volumetric cup, date printer, bag former, vertical and horizontal sealing, cutting device, machines are controlled by PLC system, simple operation and precise control.
This machine can select suitable metering and feeding equipment according to the different characteristics of the packaging materials, install stirring and vibration feeding devices, facilitate the metering and filling of materials, and improve the packaging efficiency and metering accuracy of the machine. Vertical packaging machine can be used for the packaging of powder or fine granular products in different industries such as food, medicine, and chemical industry. This packing machine is equipped with two metering devices, and you can choose to pack separately or double feeding.
